The borrower is based in London and had two properties in London and Hastings, and wanted to borrow £635,000 for six months, against a conservatively combined property valuation of £850,000.
This enabled the borrower to discharge previous finances, restructure and avoid penalty interest payments, whilst considering a disposal of one the properties as an exit plan from the loan.
We found the proposal to have merit and agreed to assist.
